About nuValence
In chemistry, valence bonds determine how elements connect, transforming individual atoms into something more stable, capable and valuable. That principle inspired the name nuValence. We believe the same is true of infrastructure projects.
The name
In chemistry, valence bonds determine how elements connect, transforming individual atoms into something more stable, capable and valuable. That principle inspired the name nuValence.
We believe the same is true of infrastructure projects. When the right people, technologies and processes are intentionally connected, they create systems that are stronger, smarter and more resilient.
Best-in-class disciplines, each held to a manufacturer-grade standard.
Connected deliberately so the whole outperforms the sum of its parts.

Our story
Founded in 2011, Precision Group began with a simple purpose: to help organizations across the Caribbean build and maintain the critical infrastructure they depend on. Since then, we have delivered more than $25 million in critical power, cooling and automation solutions across the Bahamas and the wider region.
Years of working alongside clients, manufacturers and technical partners shaped what came next. We saw an opportunity to create a more connected approach, bringing together the people, processes and technology behind successful infrastructure.
That idea became nuValence: the evolution of Precision Group into an integrated offering for design, delivery, monitoring and lifecycle support. By connecting every stage of the infrastructure lifecycle, we help clients reduce complexity, improve performance and get more value from the systems they depend on.

Second-generation leadership brings a renewed focus on operational discipline, technical capability and strategic partnerships with global manufacturers.
Capabilities expand across electrical, mechanical and automation, allowing Precision to bring traditionally separate disciplines together under one integrated delivery model.
Investment in cloud-based monitoring, digital service platforms and lifecycle asset management expands our role from delivering infrastructure to helping clients understand, maintain and optimize it over time.
nuValence brings the evolution of Precision together under one identity, connecting people, process and technology across design, delivery, monitoring and lifecycle support. A new name inspired by the power of connection, built on the foundation of Precision.

A graduate of Queen's College in 2001, Brandon served seven years in the Canadian Army, including deployments to Afghanistan, where disciplined planning, adaptability and execution were fundamental to every mission.
After studying finance at Western University, he joined Precision in 2013 and assumed leadership of operations the following year. Brandon led the operational transformation and strategic manufacturer partnerships that helped evolve Precision from a regional contractor into a multidisciplinary systems integrator. Today, he leads nuValence with the same focus on disciplined execution, accountability and continuous improvement.

Lennox graduated from the University of Windsor in 1979 with degrees in Accounting and Computer Science, followed by an MBA. He practised as an accountant with PwC in Canada and the Bahamas, specialising in corporate systems and technology.
Three decades leading government agencies shaped the Trusted Advisor philosophy that still defines the firm. He founded Precision Group in 2011, transitioned day-to-day operations to Brandon in 2014, and continues to provide executive oversight as the company enters its next chapter.
